Monument House Rates

The minimum stay is one week.

$1,750.00/week. Vermont Room Tax 9% $157.50. 
Total is $1,907.50/week

Additional nights, $250.00/night plus 9% VT Room Tax.

The rate is for up to four guests.
There is a charge of $25.00/guest/stay for additional guests, up to seven guests total.

The one week minimum may be waived for Benningtonians for family gatherings; returning guests; graduations from Bennington College and area colleges, and special town events. Three night minimum. $300/night for four guests.

Property Damage Protection offered by CSA is required.  This policy is in place of a damage deposit. It provides $5,000.00 coverage for $99.00 for unlikely, yet expensive accidental damage to the house or furnishings.

There is an added cleaning fee of $125.00 per stay for guests with pets.

The rates may be higher during holiday periods, when available, at slightly higher

Longer stays will be considered and negotiable.  Stays longer than 30 days do not require 9% Vermont Room Tax.
